Market and Competitive Impact of Regulation on the Financial Service I

My research primarily evaluates the impact of changing regulations on financial institutions. Within this context, I document how changes in regulation affected the stock prices and financial performance of financial institutions and their customers. I also evaluate how companies transform from mutual organizations to publicly traded organizations, including the influence of managerial ownership, earnings management, and wealth effects.
