Evaluation of Child Welfare Supervisor Competencies
The research provides information about supervision from the perspective of the front-line child welfare worker as compared with supervisors and administrators. Results will be used to develop training for supervisors to better meet the needs of front-line workers, thus reducing turnover and improving outcomes for the children and families they serve.
