Technology is too Important to leave to the Technologists
An evolution in educational delivery methods has been taking place over the past decade. Substantially more academic content is being communicated outside the traditional classroom/library settings. Online/web based instruction affords higher education an opportunity to 1) reach a new audience, 2) delivery academic information asynchronously and recognize that some students may learn better in an computer based interactive environment, than the traditional passive instruction techniques used in the past. This research path addresses criteria number 3 for improving everyday life and recognize that some student may learn better in an computer based interactive environment, than the traditional passive instruction techiques used in the past.
