Evidence-Based Practice for Adults with Severe Mental Illness
Along with colleagues I have been conducting evaluation studies and promoting the implementation of evidence-based practices such as supported employment for adults with severe mental illness. The evidence base for these practices derive from randomized controlled trials. The practices aim at working, living independently, and other important life goals. Both researchers and practitioner include many disciplines, including psychology, psychiatry, social work, and other disciplines.
