U.S. Income Taxation of the Closely-held Business
Research focuses on the Federal income taxation of closely-held businesses. Primary focus is the S corporation, which includes approximately 60% of all corporate returns and 40% of all business returns filed annually. Work has led to publication of the Corporation Taxation Guide each year since 1993.
