Systems Analysis of Malaria Immunity
My research leverages high-dimensional data collected from well-characterized cohort studies to help infer immunobiology and predict clinically relevant malaria outcomes in an unbiased manner. It integrates clinical outcome and epidemiological data with -omics datasets obtained from field studies and vaccine trials to potentially identify immune correlates of protection against malaria infection and disease. These approaches can be applied to other disease models.
