Volunteer Retention
For the volunteer retention project, I collaborated with the Boy Scouts Crossroads of America Council on their volunteer retention strategy. The research has been and still is participatory and results feed back into their daily practice. I have documented findings in reports to the organization and discussed findings in meetings throughout the organization.
